BACKGROUND

Mr. Flitcraft has been practicing law for more than 25 years. He is also a member of the Federal Trial Bar for the United States District Court in the Northern District of Illinois.

Gregg Flitcraft concentrates his practice in representing both individuals and the businesses they operate, focusing on securing and preserving the rights and property interests of his clients. Mr. Flitcraft's practice includes both transactional and litigation services. The transactional branch of his practice includes the creation and structure of business entities, preparation of personal and business agreements, preparation and administration of estates and trusts, all aspects of loan agreements as well as diverse family and business transactions. The litigation branch of his practice includes contested proceedings in the areas of family law, enforcement and defense of agreements and obligations and the prosecution and defense of litigation by and against businesses and individuals.
