Background
Michael began his practice in civil litigation in 1996, working in the insurance defense industry. Mike joined his late father, Ed's, practice in 2000. After joining forces with Ed, Mike focused his practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions, and other contract matters.

Mr. Flitcraft has been practicing law for more than 25 years. He is also a member of the Federal Trial Bar for the United States District Court in the Northern District of Illinois.

Edward Grabill
Edward M. Grabill, Jr. (1935–2022) devoted more than five decades to the practice of law, serving his clients with steadiness, integrity, and care. Known for his calm presence and thoughtful counsel, Ed built lasting relationships with a broad and loyal clientele throughout his distinguished career.
Beyond his professional life, Ed was a man of deep curiosity and enthusiasm. He cherished lifelong learning, culture, travel, and meaningful connection with others. His love of the law was matched by his love of family, friends, and community, and he approached life with generosity, optimism, and humor.
